Teri Gonska met CMA's Founder and CEO, David Ciullo, while they were both wearing different hats. David was serving as President of Lincolnshire International - a consortium of outplacement and coaching firms. Teri was organizing and operating a different enterprise... a blended family with 8 kids! David hired Teri as Administrator for Lincolnshire 6 years ago. Now, as an Executive Assistant of CMA, Teri's experience in herding cats and kids has come in quite handy.

Her previous roles in banking - with Citibank and National City Bank (Now PNC) have enhanced her understanding of corporate reorganization. Like all the CMA team members, Teri has held accounting and administrative roles with well-known companies like Dun & Bradstreet and start-up ventures like Bravo Wellness. Teri has worked in healthcare with Cleveland's MetroHealth Medical Center and in investment research with Midwest Research. This diverse background has proven invaluable to the CMA clients and candidates she serves. She "gets it" or knows who can find it.

Teri earned a BSBA from Bowling Green State University. She has traveled to Australia multiple times, toured from Stuttgart to Venice with 3 of her 11 grandkids. Teri enjoys many artistic endeavors including ceramics, murals and photography.
