Chris Burley is an award-winning Leader Development Consultant, Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, and Executive Coach that helps people get the most out of themselves and their careers (from CEOs to line-level managers); he helps them put together actionable steps to address what is important right now in the challenges they are facing and translate learning into measurable and consistent results.

Chris has 23 years of experience in adult learning, 20 years in Leadership, including Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Field enablement, and 17 years acting as a Leadership Development consultant and coach.  During this time, he has helped design and deliver development programs across a wide variety of industries that are both global and local.  He also is a facilitator and keynote speaker with a focus on Strengths Based Leadership, Talent Activation, and Leadership Development for Fortune 500 companies.  

Chris earned his B.S. in Liberal Arts and Science, as well as his Master of Education from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana, and is also a graduate of Corporate Coach University’s Executive Coaching Program.  he also holds multiple certifications from the world’s most prolific Leadership Programs, including Vital Smarts' “Crucial conversations,” “emotional Intelligence,” “Power  Messaging” Franklin Covey’s: “7 Habits,” “ 4 Disciplines of Execution,” and is a Principle Facilitator (ability to certify others to deliver) in Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II and the entire suite of The Marcus Buckingham’s Strength-based programs.  This includes StandOut Tram Leader, Team Member, and Coaching Essentials programs.  

Chris has been active in his community, serving as a former Chair of the City of Mountain View’s Human Relations Commission. Chris enjoys restoring vintage Ford Mustangs, playing Drums, and SCUBA, and writing about himself in the 3rd person.
