Amy Croisetiere serves as the Director of Client Services at Dale Carnegie Maine and Career Management Associates. In this role, she taps the two organizations’ diverse capabilities to assemble and coordinate training and HR solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.
Amy’s 18-year career has traversed numerous industries, including technical training, banking and investment, wholesale distribution, and retail. She has proven herself adept at ensuring top-of-the-line service while innovating in the field of client relations. Her insights regarding the applicability of marketing tactics to client services led her to add database administration, email marketing, and HTML design to her skills arsenal so she could enhance her targeted and effective communications efforts.
Amy graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with a BA in psychology, a secondary major in theology, and minor in ethics. She is an active volunteer with several animal rescue organizations across the country.
