Career Management Associates’ (CMA) coaching services are proven to add value, allowing individuals to realize their full potential by making immediate and permanent changes. Coaching invests in the human component of business.

Today, many organizations use coaching as a component of a larger leadership development program. Increasingly, firms incorporate “360-degree” feedback, using the results to indicate areas in which an individual might benefit from working with a coach. Has the feedback revealed an area needing improvement? Is skill building or refinement required in order to advance through the organization? Would the individual benefit from an outside perspective? The answers to these questions help gauge the potential value of coaching.
