Greg Fall

gregGreg guides CMA’s coaching, professional development, and career transition services through both individual and group learning processes. Previously serving in the lead career coaching/ outplacement role at New Hampshire-based Snowden Associates, which he joined in 1997, Greg leverages experience in executive recruiting, university career services, and HR consulting as well.

His background includes performance management system development, performance coaching, and HR policy design. His view of the world of work was developed while growing up in the family agribusiness and, later, while serving in leadership positions at two non-profits and in a consulting role for national fund raising campaigns. Greg’s leadership of a turn-around situation, including financial restructuring, confirmed his belief in the importance of the human factor to business success. Greg’s philosophy is grounded in both humanist and social cognitivist roots; he works to assist others in building self-efficacy and self-awareness, increasing their available choices in the context of the individual as whole person.

His learning/coaching approach is centered around helping clients to identify and overcome barriers, connect with their inner values/core, realize their potential, and make responsible decisions within a present life-context. Greg holds an AB Degree from Bowdoin College and completed 32 credits at the University of Maine School of Law. He passed the SPHR exam in 2000 and is currently finishing his Masters in Adult and Higher Education at the University of Southern Maine.

Kennebec Savings Bank has used many services provided by CMA. Executive recruitment, career counseling for employees, AAP support and Human Resources consultation. I am pleased with the quality of their work and I don’t hesitate to recommend their services to other HR professionals. CMA is Maine’s “home Town” team when it comes to providing professional HR services.

CMA is a fabulous trainer: knowledgeable, energetic, and practical! They delivered communication skills training to 30 of our hotel department managers, and the feedback we received was terrific. We certainly will request them back again.
