Nina Marsanskis is an Associate Advisor with a passion for helping organizations build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams. Nina enjoys partnering closely with leadership teams to develop practical, people-focused HR solutions that align with business goals while enhancing the overall employee experience. Her professional background spans healthcare, professional services, and higher education, giving her a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities organizations face in today’s workforce.

Originally from Maine, Nina attended Stetson University in Florida before returning home after graduation. She values building meaningful relationships with clients and takes pride in supporting Maine’s small and medium-sized businesses as they grow.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of Maine summers at her family camp outside of Belfast.
