Onsite Notification

In the interests of providing the highest level of care for affected employees on separation day and to add to your risk mitigation efforts, CMA highly recommends allowing our trained staff members to be present at your facility during the notification process, meeting with affected employees one-on-one following their notification meetings.

This streamlined meeting process typically takes no more than 10 minutes per employee and includes a meeting with your HR staff, following all notifications, to debrief the event.

Meeting with an employee on the day they are notified of a separation allows them to begin the healing process immediately and may head off negative behavior which could have unfortunate repercussions for themselves, their families, or the company. It is a sign of your organization's respect for each employee's professional service and personal dignity.

For many outplacement programs, there is no additional cost for this service.
