Audra Becker, Director - HR Consulting
Audra Becker brings a long history of success and innovation in the
field of Human Resources. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from
Southern New Hampshire University with a BS in Business studies
(concentrating in Human Resource Management), Audra gained valuable
experience helping companies enhance their workforce dynamics
through the reorganization of Human Resource practices. Her creative
programs to revitalize workforce education with a focus on each
person's priorities consistently boosted individual productivity
setting the stage for increased revenues companywide.
"Employees are a company's most valuable asset," states Audra, "and
should be treated as such; an organized and sustained investment in
staff growth and productivity is a key to long term success."
Her motto: 'Human Resources Equals Integrity' is the starting point
for many initiatives to bring the tools of Human Resources into use
at the center of best business practices. Time and again, she has
developed employment processes aimed at reorganizing the lines of
communication leading the effort to improve working conditions and
vigorously reducing costly employee turnover. All of Audra's ideas
and experiences reflect a simple down-to-earth approach to creating
and maintaining a stable, productive and profitable workforce.
